Orders are mailed within 1 – 5 business days, depending on how many orders I am processing when you place your order or if I need to make a kit for your order of if I have to assemble a lot of items for your order.

Once your order is being processed and once it has been shipped you will receive an email from my website to let you know, please check your junk/spam mail if you have not received the emails.

Canada: Orders are shipped by Canada Post or other Courier, take 1 – 10 business days depending on location and comes with a tracking number. Couriers used are Intelcom Standard – Dragonfly, Fleet Optics Express and ICS Express, depending on location. Orders will be shipped by Canada Post to apartments and PO box numbers. In some cases I may be able to mail your order as a letter ($4.00) if the item is flat and under 100 grams, for example: packet(s) of needles, one or two embroidery threads, pair of tweezers, scissors. Email me if you would like to check first.

USA: USA customers now have to pay duty/tariffs on certain products. There is zero duty/tariffs on my Hand Embroidery Kits and PDF files. On other products you will see the amount of duty/tariff that you owe after you fill out your address on the checkout page of my website and prior to paying so you can decide if you would like to proceed with the order.  You will pay for the duty/tariffs when you place your order.  I  submit the duty/tariffs to the USA authorities so you do not have to pay it when you receive the order.  If you have any questions please email me.

Orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage Tracked parcel takes 4 – 10 business days to arrive depending on location and comes with a tracking number.
If you require a faster service I can mail by FedEx which takes 1 -2 days by FedEx starts at $155.00 Canadian dollars (approximately $110.00 US dollars), please email me if you need this service. I do not mail by other couriers to the USA.

All Other Locations: Air mail international takes 2 – 8 weeks depending on location and has the option of coming with a tracking number. The order will be delivered by your own country’s postal system.
